The data was shared publicly for the first time on Tuesday.
Twitter did not respond to a request for comment.
The hack appears to have occurred sometime last week, though the attackers did not disclose the date.
Twitter users who were impacted by the breach are being asked to change their passwords and email address, according to the tweets.
Twitter also has not disclosed how many accounts were affected.
A Twitter spokesperson declined to comment further.
Twitter has faced a number of security breaches in recent years.
Earlier this year, it was revealed that hackers had breached its internal network.
In June, the company announced it was introducing new security measures to help prevent hacks and cyber attacks.
